Full Show Notes

The major part of business prosperity starts with inspiration towards your vision, your dreams. You must envision your why to the vision and then work backward from that dream. I can attest to this from her own experience.

Katia has an amazing podcast called Rave with Katia Rave.

“I am not going to apologize for winning just because other people around me are losing.” – Katia

We talk about the importance of your vision for your life (your life’s mission) matching your values.

There are two kinds of people. There are people who want success because of power. So it’s more of an ego thing. And then you have people who want success because they know them. The success is going to really help them to achieve their dream, to be able to give back to the community, to be able to do all these things, then they wanted to do so.

We also need to examine where is that success and security are driven from.  Is driven by the ego? Or are we driven to success by our desire for a meaningful community?

Katia shares her amazing and inspiring entrepreneurial journey. You’re not going to want to miss this story about failures and triumphs in a practical and candid story of following her passion and not conventional norms.

There are so many talented creative people who are making amazing work and they know what to do but no one teaches them how to do. This led Katia to develop a passion for teaching people how to be successful in business and not just at their individual skills.

We talked about the importance of not waiting until your work is perfect to send it out.
